Your Great Troubleshooter

Solution chosen by  Top tier manufactures

Can you afford to wait for a breakdown?

Across many production sites, robot failures remain frequent and disruptive. When a single robot stops, entire production lines can grind to a halt. If root causes are not identified quickly, downtime multiplies. In some factories, these interruptions occur several times a day, undermining daily output targets and eroding operational stability.

The burden falls most heavily on frontline workers.

To recover lost production time, overtime becomes routine, breaks are shortened, and rotating shifts intensify. Over time, fatigue and inefficiency increase, contributing to a growing reluctance among workers to remain in manufacturing roles.

Automation, in other words, has not eliminated human stress—it has often redistributed it.

According to a survey, unplanned downtime in automotive lines costs $22,000 per minute.

Our validated  technolgogy

QNT’s core concept, known as RAME—Responsible Autonomous Manufacturing Executionpoints to a more pragmatic future for Manufacturing AI. Rather than focusing solely on automation, RAME integrates AI directly with physical systems such as robots and equipment. It enables real-time diagnosis of failures, identification of bottlenecks, and detection of quality risks.

Crucially, it also reframes AI’s role. The objective is not just smarter analysis, but shared accountability—AI systems that support production managers by acting decisively when problems arise, rather than merely reporting them after losses have already occurred.

Approach and Methodology

Deep understanding

With over 30 years of experience trying to solve on-site problems manufactures deeply worry about, we are designed to focus more on real manufacturing environments rather than theoretical models.

First-hand insight

We understand your challenges that Operators and maintenance engineers are struggling with rising spare parts and maintenance costs, unexpected production line downtime.

Seamless Integration

Our members with extensive knowledge of robot mechanics and industrial equipment combine long-standing field expertise with accumulated operational data.
